Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 5–7 business days by standard shipping to addresses across South Africa (outlying areas may take a little longer). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order value, and the exact cost is shown before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders over R2000 to addresses within South Africa.

Yes. Everything we sell is sourced from authorised suppliers and carries the manufacturer's warranty. If something isn't right, we'll help you sort it out.

We accept all major cards and secure online payment methods. Checkout is encrypted end to end, so your details stay protected.

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they're unused and in original packaging. Email us at info@kovotech.co.za with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
