Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KovoTech. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened software or digital products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@kovotech.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: We'll cover return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kovotech.co.za with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
